Using Stayplot means you accept these terms. They're short on purpose.

What Stayplot is

A research tool for hotel award programs. We aggregate public information from hotel chains, TripAdvisor, and card- program websites onto one map, and offer accounts with saved hotels, a free-night cert wallet, price alerts, and a paid Plus subscription. We don't book stays or hold your points — booking always happens directly with the hotel or card program.

Subscriptions & billing

Stayplot Plus is a paid subscription ($7/month or $70/year; prices shown at checkout govern). Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; you can cancel any time from your account page and keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. After a trial or renewal charge, refunds are handled case by case — email hello@stayplot.com. We may change Plus pricing or what each tier includes; existing subscribers get notice before a price change affects them.

Accuracy

We do our best to keep the data current, but property eligibility, point pricing, and program terms change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the hotel or card program before booking. Stayplot is not liable for stale, missing, or incorrect data.

Trademarks & partnerships

Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Wyndham, Choice, Amex, Chase, and other brand names referenced on Stayplot are trademarks of their respective owners. Stayplot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site for redistribution, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use it to operate a competing product's data feed. Personal browsing, sharing pin permalinks with friends, and the like are all fine.

No warranty

Stayplot is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be surfaced via a notice on the site before they take effect.
